Webility has signed an exclusive partnership with 'XingXing Mobility', one of the top shared mobility service operators in Korea, and introduces XingXing Mobility's shared scooters as the first sharing economy NFT series of WEBIL NFT.
XingXing Mobility recorded a high growth rate of close to 1.6 million cumulative members in three years since its first launch in 2019. Currently, the number of members has exceeded 2 million, the number of app downloads has exceeded 3.5 million, the average MAU is 400,000, and it has a solid user base.
XingXing operates about 33,000 self-shared kickboards nationwide and will launch a shared electric bicycle in September 2023. Shared bicycles will also be presented as NFT products upon launch.
How to use Shared Mobility NFTs
'Shared Mobility NFT', the first series of WEBIL NFT, issues various shared mobility such as XingXing's shared scooter and shared bicycle in the form of NFT. Each NFT is linked to the actual XingXing's shared scooter, so users who purchase the NFT can register the NFT in the XingXing App and conveniently use the XingXing's shared scooter at a short distance. However, in the case of ownership NFT, the user who purchases the NFT owns the XingXing scooter, so XingXing's scooter placed on the street cannot be used.
Users who want to purchase a shared mobility NFT can purchase the desired type of NFT with WEBI tokens. The types of shared mobility NFTs are as follows.
Types of Shared Mobility NFTs
Pass NFT
Pass NFT is an NFT issued by the XingXing app's unlimited pass that allows you to use XingXing's shared scooters for a certain amount of time within a certain period. By providing similar products in a different way called NFT, WEBIL NFT promotes new experiences and mutual inflows of WEB2.0 users of existing Thing apps and WEB3.0 users of blockchain/NFT.
Limited Edition NFT
It is a limited edition NFT for early users who can use XingXing's shared scooters as well as receive WEBI token airdrops and seed points of XingXing at the same time.
Target NFT
It is a target NFT that targets specific users, such as the Couple Pass NFT which can be used by couples, and the Driver Pass NFT which includes late-night discounts for professional designated drivers.
Season NFT
It is a Seasonal NFT that can be used at discounted prices in specific tourist destinations by season, such as spring/autumn flower season NFTs and summer season NFTs.
Ownership NFT
In the case of an ownership NFT, a shared scooter of XingXing Mobility is an NFT that users can directly own, and users can purchase the NFT with WEBI tokens.
Through Webility's NFT Certification Service, only scooters with guaranteed safety mark are issued as NFTs, and when a user purchases them, the NFT certification of the scooter is additionally provided in the form of an NFT that cannot be forged or altered.
If a user purchases an ownership NFT scooter and does not use it for a long period of time, it is possible to rent the scooter to XingXing Mobility, the service provider, for a desired period and receive additional income in the form of monthly rental fee. Details such as rental fee and rental period are subject to the business regulations of XingXing Mobility.
